Studio Photography Package Policy

Overview:

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for photography services.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

 

Payment Methods:

We accept online booking, Zelle, Cash.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Cancellations 2 days before the session receive a partial refund minus $75.

Cancellations within 12 hours forfeit the deposit.

One rescheduling is allowed with 2 days' notice, subject to availability.

SESSION DETAILS

Duration:

Standard sessions last 45 mins. Additional time is $125 per hour.

 

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten the session time.

 

Studio Rules:

No smoking or alcohol on premises.

Props must be pre-approved.

IMAGES AND USAGE

Image Delivery:

Proofs will be delivered via email within 3 to 5 business days. Edits will be delivered 3 to 5 business days after the client chooses that photos they would like edited. 2 edited images are included; additional edits are available for $25/photo. A rush fee may be applied if client wants images before the standard delivery window so please plan accordingly.

 

Copyright & Usage Rights:

The photographer retains copyright. Clients may use images for personal use (e.g., prints, social media). Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

 

Editing:

Basic retouching and skin smoothing is included. Advanced edits may incur extra charges.

 

Publicity Release:

The photographer may use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

CLIENT DUTIES

Attire & Styling:

Clients are responsible for their own makeup and styling. Stylists, hair and makeup professionals are available for an additional cost.

LIABILITY AND SAFETY

Liability:

The photographer is not liable for any injuries or accidents during the session. Clients must follow safety guidelines.

 

Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen events (e.g., weather, illness), sessions will be rescheduled, and deposits are non-refundable.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Client Information:

We will not share your personal details without consent, except as required by law.

 

Image Privacy:

Images will not be sold or shared without your approval, except for promotional use as outlined in Section 3.

POLICY AMENDMENTS
